Brand & Community Manager

The Role

TALA is looking for a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Creative Specialist to join our vibrant team and revolutionize our online presence. This role serves as the creative powerhouse behind our strategy, managing day to day posting and interactions, content development and creative ideas with a strong focus on TikTok and YouTube. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director this position offers an exciting opportunity to drive engagement, spearhead content creation, and explore novel avenues to amplify our brand across diverse social platforms

What You'll Do

• Devise and execute engaging content strategies tailored for Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Manage daily interactions and engagements across social media platforms.
• Drive growth through follower acquisition, engagement, and community management.
• Identify and explore new social media channels and trends to expand our online presence.
• Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
• Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and graphic content.
• Attend events and produce live social media content.
• Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
• Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, community management, content management or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media trends and platforms.
• Impeccable time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize and meet deadlines
• Proven experience in developing successful social media campaigns.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) B2/C1 preferred
• Track record of delivering projects and impact in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the fintech industry, hospitality, advertising or related fields.
• Certificates of social media training from software like Facebook Blueprint, TikTok, Google University, Coursera, Domestika and/or similar
