We are searching for an outstanding Executive Assistant to support the senior leadership of a highly successful, internationally active quantitative and proprietary trading firm based in central Zürich.
This is not simply a diary-management role.
It is an opportunity to become a trusted partner to senior decision-makers in a fast-moving, intellectually demanding environment where precision, discretion, initiative and sound judgement really matter.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the CEO and senior executives, you will be at the centre of a dynamic organisation, ensuring that priorities are managed, commitments are delivered and the leadership team can operate at its very best.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex executive calendars, meetings and international travel.
- Anticipating priorities and resolving challenges before they become problems.
- Coordinating confidential communications and sensitive information.
- Supporting executive meetings, projects and business initiatives.
- Bringing structure, efficiency and calm to a demanding working environment.
Who We're Looking For
You are an accomplished Executive Assistant who enjoys responsibility, thrives on variety and takes genuine pride in enabling others to succeed.
Ideally, you bring:
- At least five years' experience in executive assistance or a closely related role.
- Experience supporting a CEO, founder or C-suite executive.
- A background in cryptocurrency, proprietary trading, hedge funds, investment banking or a similarly demanding financial environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills, professionalism and discretion.
- Outstanding written and spoken English; German is an advantage.
- Confidence, adaptability and the ability to work independently.
- Existing authorisation to work in Switzerland.
- Above all, you are someone who thinks ahead, takes ownership and knows how to make things happen.
