Your Role as a Network Operations Engineer:

In this vital role, you will be the backbone of the company's IT network infrastructure. From managing performance and implementing advanced network solutions to collaborating with global teams, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless operations across Switzerland and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor the performance of IT network infrastructure
• Provide 2nd and 3rd-level network support to teams in Switzerland and internationally
• Collaborate with the engineering department to design and implement innovative network solutions
• Execute system changes, software installations, and upgrades with precision
• Manage network incidents and drive resolutions effectively
• Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency
• Maintain open communication with users and management on network-related topics
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Propose and implement improvements for network performance, capacity, and scalability

What You Bring to the Table:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in network support
• A bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science
• In-depth knowledge of network administration and architecture
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• Resilience under pressure and a collaborative mindset
• Comfort with operational routines and on-call duties
• Familiarity with diagnostics, monitoring, and analysis tools

Preferred Certifications:

• Required: Cisco CCNA certification
• Nice to Have:

  • Fortinet Fortigate Certification
