Wir suchen eine erfahrene Treuhandfachperson, die Freude daran hat, internationale Mandate ganzheitlich zu betreuen und anspruchsvolle Finanzthemen eigenständig zu führen. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit Fachspezialisten aus Accounting, Tax und Payroll zusammen und übernimmst Verantwortung für die finanzielle Administration von Schweizer Gesellschaften.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Ansprechperson für Accounting, Tax und Payroll
  • Selbstständige Betreuung der Finanzadministration von Schweizer Mandaten
  • Erstellung und Review von Jahresabschlüssen, Steuern, MWST und Payroll
  • Führung des Abschlussprozesses gemäss OR
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Reporting Packages & Cashflow-Statements (OR, IFRS, US GAAP)
  • Durchführung von Übergangsrechnungen IFRS/US GAAP OR
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Rechts- und Steuerberatern zur Sicherstellung der Compliance
  • Unterstützung bei komplexen Fragestellungen und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
  • Erstellung konsolidierter Abschlüsse, Intercompany-Abstimmungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Gründungs-, Umstrukturierungs- und Liquidationsprojekten
  • Möglichkeit, Mandate als Verwaltungsratsmitglied / Managing Officer zu begleiten

Dein Profil

  • Eidg. Fachausweis Treuhand/Finanz- & Rechnungswesen oder Treuhandexpert
  • 5-8 Jahre Erfahrung in der Schweiz, fundierte Kenntnisse im Abschlussprozess
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse OR; IFRS & US GAAP von Vorteil (inkl. Transition Calculations)
  • Deutsch & Englisch fliessend; Französisch ein Plus
  • Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit Abacus, SAP, Viewpoint, Dr. Tax von Vorteil
  • Analytisch, strukturiert, hands-on und teamorientiert
