The Company:

PICIS is a global provider of clinical information solutions that automate the perioperative experience with one contiguous patient record, from preop to anesthesia software through PACU. PICIScontinues to focus and specialize our integrated suite of solutions in life-critical areas of the hospital where the patients are the most vulnerable, the care process is the most complex, and an increasing majority of hospital costs and potential revenue are concentrated. Our solutions enable rapid, sustained delivery of clinical documentation and financial and operational results.

The Position:

We are seekingto hire a SQA Analyst, with hands on experience and expertisein manual testing enterprise applications, to help ensure high quality and timelydelivery of releases.

The hired candidate will be locatedand work out of the Contour Software Karachi office, working as part of the resource-center team, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent;

• 1+ Years of experience in software testing.

• Experience with necessary testing tools such as ticket/defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence).

• Knowledge of SQL for building different data scenarios and verification.

• Good understanding of SDLC and ofAgile/Scrum software development process.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins,MS Azure DevOPsis a plus.

• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational, attention to detail, analytical and investigation skills.

• Exposure to or experience in leveragingAI-driven testing tools (e.g., self-healing automation, intelligent test generation, AI-based test optimization).

• Familiarity with using AI/ML-assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate test case creation, code generation, and debugging.

• Understanding ofhow AI can be applied to test data generation, defect prediction, and test coverage optimization.

• Ability to evaluate and adopt AI-based testing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
