Role: General Laborer - Commercial Landscaping
Pay Rate
- $15 per hour
Job Responsibilities
- Perform commercial landscaping and grounds-maintenance duties
- Pick up trash and debris from work areas before mowing operations begin
- Perform mowing and general landscape maintenance according to commercial service standards
- Edge sidewalks, curbs, landscape beds, and other designated areas
- Operate weed eaters and perform detailed trimming around obstacles and landscaped areas
- Use blowers correctly to remove grass clippings and debris from completed work areas
- Maintain clean and professional commercial properties after landscaping services
- Follow required worksite and safety procedures
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and organized condition
Job Requirements
- Previous commercial landscaping or grounds-maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with mowing, edging, weed eating, and blower operation preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow supervisor instructions and established safety procedures
- Comfortable working in varying outdoor weather conditions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a landscaping crew
