IT Projects&Digital Transformation Manager

For a fast-growing technology company, part of an expanding entrepreneurial group, we are looking for an experienced IT Projects&Digital Transformation Manager to lead the development and implementation of integrated technology solutions, supporting business growth, operational efficiency and digital transformation.

This is a newly created position, offering the opportunity to shape the company's IT strategy, drive technology initiatives and build a scalable IT environment, with the potential to build and develop an internal team.

• Define and implement the IT strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead complex IT and software projects, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation and integration.
• Coordinate the selection, implementation and integration of ERP, CRM and other business applications, ensuring a connected and efficient IT ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, digitalization and automation across business functions.
• Evaluate and implement AI-powered solutions, promoting their adoption through internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, software and cybersecurity, ensuring a secure, reliable, and scalable environment.
• Manage and optimize internal IT platforms, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intranet and collaboration tools.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and coordinate external IT providers and technology partners.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to identify technology priorities and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop IT processes and standards and progressively build an internal IT team as the company grows.

• Solid experience in IT management, software project management or digital transformation, including large-scale technology implementation projects.
• Proven experience in implementing and integrating ERP, CRM and other business-critical applications.
• Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, software, cybersecurity and Microsoft technologies.
• Good knowledge of business process automation, system integration and practical AI applications.
• Experience in managing external technology providers and coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Experience gained in both multinational companies and entrepreneurial environments would be a strong advantage.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, combined with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
• Proactive, dynamic and adaptable, with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
• Professional maturity, strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
