Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Perform advanced customizations, enhancements, and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions following best practices.
- Customize Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, ensuring code quality and best practices.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Manage deployment processes, including sandbox management, production releases, and release management.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and AI capabilities.
Ideal Candidate :
- Strong Senior Salesforce Developer Profile with Apex, LWC, and integration expertise and Salesforce certification.
- Must have 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce declarative tools.
- Must have led the design, development, and deployment of customised Salesforce solutions, and architected scalable, secure, high-performance solutions following best practices.
- Must have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security concepts.
- Must have experience customising Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and managing deployments - sandbox management, production releases, release strategy.
- Must have proven experience in custom integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration (Salesforce - external systems via middleware/third-party tools).
- Must be proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern JS framework (React or Angular preferred).
- Must have experience mentoring junior developers, with strong leadership, prioritisation, stakeholder communication, and excellent debugging/performance-optimisation skills.
- Must have experience with Git, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Lightning Experience/LWC.
- Must hold one of Salesforce Platform Developer I & II/Salesforce Administrator certification along with one or more of Einstein AI/Agentforce/Tableau certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid passport mandatory.

- Preferred : Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor junior developers and manage priorities.
- Preferred : Exposure to Salesforce AppExchange products and third-party solutions.
