岗位职责

1. 分析市场、竞争与用户需求，制定AI产品愿景、战略及落地路线图。

2. 挖掘用户与业务需求，输出PRD与产品原型。

3. 联动算法、营销团队，明确模型目标、评估指标与数据方案。

4、主导产品从设计、研发、上线到迭代的全流程，管控进度与质量。

5. 风险与创新：把控AI产品公平性、可解释性、隐私安全等风险; 探索大模型、多模态等技术创新应用。

任职要求：1-2年经验

1. 本科及以上，计算机、AI等相关专业优先。

2. 有AI产品相关经验优先。

3. 熟练使用产品设计与协作工具。

4. 沟通协调、项目管理能力强，自驱力优秀。可与技术团队高效专业沟通。

5. 具备用户洞察、商业思维与数据分析能力。
