Join Talon.One as a Mid/Senior DevOps Engineer. In this hands-on role, you'll collaborate with infrastructure, platform, and product engineers to build resilient infrastructure, automate operations, and simplify cloud complexity. You'll work with technologies such as Google Cloud Platform, PostgreSQL, and the Hashicorp ecosystem. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a Cloud Infrastructure or DevOps Engineering role, expert knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, and a genuine interest in mentoring others.

Profil recherché
- Experience with Datadog or Prometheus for monitoring and metrics- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, with hands-on experience improving automation, reliability, and developer workflows, ideally using tools like ArgoCD or similar GitOps-based deployment systems
- High levels of ownership and autonomy, you execute independently, make pragmatic decisions, and follow through with consistency and care
- 5+ years of experience in a Cloud Infrastructure or DevOps Engineering role, with a strong record of building and maintaining production systems at scale
- Expert knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including best practices for observability, scalability, and resilience
- A genuine interest in mentoring others, sharing context, and raising the technical bar of the team through collaboration and knowledge transfer
- Solid experience with cloud providers (preferably GCP) and a sound grasp of cloud-native architectures and infrastructure as code
- Experience with parts of our stack: Bash, Golang, PostgreSQL, and Git
