Growth Marketer

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Paid Media Strategy and Execution:

• Plan, launch, and manage performance campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels.
• Own budget allocation across channels and campaigns to hit CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets.
• Continuously test ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and placements to improve efficiency.

Data-Driven Optimization:

• Build and maintain dashboards to track spend, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and cohort payback across apps.
• Run rigorous A/B tests on creatives, funnels, and landing pages; translate results into action.
• Partner with Data and Analytics teams to build attribution models and MMM frameworks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with creative and design teams to brief and produce high-performing ad assets at scale.
• Partner with Product on landing pages, onboarding flows, and in-app funnels to lift conversion.
• Collaborate with Finance on budget planning, forecasting, and marketing ROI reporting.

Market and Competitive Intelligence:

• Track platform, auction, and privacy changes (iOS/Android) that impact acquisition performance.
• Monitor competitor campaigns and positioning across live streaming, gaming, and social apps.
• Identify new channels and networks (influencer, affiliate, programmatic) worth testing.
