Product Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst who is sharp, curious, and thrives on turning raw numbers into clear product decisions. You will sit at the heart of our Product team, working across one or more of our six apps to uncover insights hiding in behavioural data, funnels, and cohorts. This is a high-visibility role for someone who has already built a strong analytical foundation and is ready to independently drive the data narrative behind major product bets. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Design, Engineering, and Growth teams, and your analysis will directly shape features used by millions of people every day.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse user behaviour, engagement metrics, funnels, and retention cohorts to surface actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards (SQL, Metabase, Amplitude, or similar tools) to track product and business KPIs.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, digestible insights for Product, Design, and Leadership teams.
• Proactively flag anomalies, trends, and opportunities across the user lifecycle.
• Design, run, and analyse A/B experiments in partnership with Product Managers.
• Define success metrics and guardrail metrics for new feature launches.
• Build hypotheses backed by data and help prioritise the product roadmap.
• Conduct pre- and post-launch impact analysis for shipped features.
• Own weekly and monthly performance reporting across charter apps.
• Prepare data-backed presentations for leadership and Co-Founder reviews.
• Partner with Data Science and Analytics teams on predictive models and personalisation efforts.
• Support PRDs and product specs with relevant data context and sizing.
• Assist in user research, surveys, and usability studies to understand user segments.
• Track competitive and market trends across live streaming, social gaming, and creator economy platforms.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or a similar data-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and comfort working with large datasets.
• Experience with dashboarding and visualisation tools such as Metabase, Amplitude, or Tableau.
• Solid grasp of funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and A/B testing fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate data into a clear narrative for non-technical stakeholders.
• High ownership mindset with a track record of independently driving analysis for high-stakes product decisions.
• Experience with Python or R for deeper statistical analysis.
• Exposure to consumer apps with large user bases (1M+ DAU).
• Familiarity with Mixpanel, CleverTap, or Firebase.
• Prior experience in social entertainment, gaming, or creator economy platforms.
• Experience at a high-growth startup (Series A-C stage).
• Experience mentoring junior analysts or leading analytics for a product charter independently.
