Role Overview :
As a Senior Product Analyst at Tamasha.live, you will serve as the bridge between raw data and strategic product decision-making. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership teams to dissect user behavior, identify growth levers, and optimize the gaming experience. Your day-to-day will involve deep-diving into complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that directly influence product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and the overall monetization strategy of the platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and execute rigorous A/B testing frameworks to validate product hypotheses and improve key conversion metrics.
- Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards in Tableau to provide stakeholders with real-time visibility into product performance and user engagement trends.
- Conduct deep-dive funnel analyses to identify friction points in the user journey and recommend data-backed solutions to enhance retention.
- Translate complex business problems into structured analytical queries using SQL to extract meaningful patterns from large-scale datasets.
- Collaborate with the product team to define success metrics for new feature launches and track their impact on the platform's ecosystem.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to manipulate and analyze large, multi-dimensional datasets.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and interpret A/B tests to drive iterative product improvements and growth.
- Expert-level capability in data visualization using Tableau to translate technical findings into clear, executive-level insights.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate findings effectively to cross-functional stakeholders, including non-technical team members.
- A minimum of 5 - 6 years of experience in a data-driven product environment, preferably within the gaming, e-commerce, or consumer tech sectors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Bangalore, collaborating closely with agile product and engineering squads.
