About the Role
You build and lead The Netherlands' sales engine. You’ll give input into target setting to the director NL, own target fulfillment, hire, coach and manage the sales team in the day to day, and install a selling culture that wins in a relatively greenfield market. This is a player-coach role at an early, fast-moving stage - you’re close enough to the deals to lead by example, and senior enough to build the machine.
Additionally, you will support on our largest deals, growing into personally developing and owing our largest accounts. Which means you will also carry an individual quota in addition to managing our daily sales operations.
What you’ll do
Own the NL revenue target and the forecast behind it
Monitor and steer for rapid pipeline progress, track delivery against forecast, define, own and implement corresponding metrics
Hire, coach and develop a team of SDRs, AEs and SAEs
Build a repeatable, high-performance sales motion - qualification guidelines, playbooks, enablement rhythm
Set and hold the selling culture: point of view, domain mastery, drive
Partner across Marketing, MedOps and Partnerships to keep the pipeline healthy end to end
Report into the Director NL and help shape the regional GTM strategy
What you bring
- 8+ years in B2B sales, including several years building and leading sales teams
- Experience selling digital medical products / medical SaaS to clinicians initially in the outpatient sector and then in larger hospitals or at hospital chains - e.g. practice-management/EHR systems, DiGAs, scheduling software, AI imaging, telemedicine
- A track record of scaling both revenue and teams - and the numbers to back it
- A player-coach mindset that fits an early-stage, hands-on environment
- The lead-from-the-front selling style described in “How we sell,” and the ability to teach it
- Native-level Dutch and C1/C2 English
