We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Workspace Product Division..

Key Responsibilities :

• Own a product area end-to-end - discovery, roadmap, prioritization, specs, and delivery for enterprise workflows in real estate transactions, lease analysis, portfolio management, or facilities operations.

• Navigate platform modernization constraints - make sharp trade-off calls between reducing legacy debt and delivering new value while preserving the data models and business rules that make the product a system of record.

• Run continuous discovery with enterprise customers - interviews, data analysis, and competitive checks - and translate findings into prioritized roadmap decisions grounded in evidence.

• Write clear, well-scoped product specs in an AI-assisted development process. AI tools accelerate the work; you own the judgment, prioritization, and product decisions.

• Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success. Scope, sequencing, and trade-off decisions are yours to make and communicate.

• Connect product work to business outcomes - retention, expansion, annual recurring revenue. Articulate why roadmap decisions matter to the business, not just to the user.

• Engage directly with enterprise stakeholders - VP- and Director-level customers managing tens of billions in real estate spend - to validate priorities and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
