Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Developer with strong Python expertise to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI frameworks, and cloud-based AI services. The role involves developing scalable AI solutions, integrating LLMs with enterprise systems, and optimizing AI workflows for production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using Python.
Build AI-powered chatbots, copilots, intelligent assistants, and document-processing solutions.
Develop and implement RAG architectures using vector databases.
Integrate and fine-tune LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini, or Mistral.
Develop AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Create REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Implement prompt engineering and optimize prompts for accuracy and performance.
Work with structured and unstructured data including PDFs, documents, emails, and knowledge repositories.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.
Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance, latency, and cost.
Ensure AI governance, security, responsible AI practices, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver AI solutions.
Required Skills
Strong programming experience in Python.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
Experience with: LangChain/LangGraph
Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and prompt engineering.
Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
