Role Summary

Acts as the onsite product owner for the engagement, translating client business objectives into a prioritized roadmap and backlog. Works closely with business analysts, UX and engineering pods to deliver measurable product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy and roadmap in partnership with client stakeholders

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog across pods

  • Write and refine epics, user stories and acceptance criteria with the Business Analysts

  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos and release planning

  • Align UX, engineering and AI & Data teams on scope and priorities

  • Define and track KPIs and success metrics

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress and trade-offs

  • Coordinate with the offshore Product Manager for continuity across time zones

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years in product management, ideally in enterprise software or digital platforms

  • Demonstrated success managing roadmaps and backlogs in Agile/Scrum environments

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Experience working with distributed teams

  • Familiarity with AI/data-enabled products is a plus

  • CSPO, SAFe POPM or similar certification preferred
