Primary Purpose
Technically accountable throughout the stages of product development and commercialization to ensure that our product is properly constructed to interpret Brand'sDesign intent and consequentlymanufactured to our high-qualitystandards.

Works with the team to review prototype samplefor quality and accuracy.
Collaborates and supports PDteam in delivering the presentation samples on time.
Works to resolve technical issues, make mock-ups and pattern revisions asnecessary.
Responsible for reviewing final samples with PD.
Maintain development pattern library.
Completes/clarify technical comments and distributes to VNWS, SPs, CIL and with a copy to PD. This relates to all development sample stages and transfer packageto other SPs at CIL.
Maintain, updateand share best practices of the collection in charge in collaboration with On-site Engineers.
Responsible for product testing during development stages.

Must have extended knowledge on paper pattern (CAD is not required).
Handbag manufacturing knowledge is preferred.
Sampling experience is a plus.
Mustbe creative and able to find solutions to design and construction problems.
Might require to travelto different citiesin region/countries.
Good English language skill.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with multi-cultural members.
Good aesthetic sense of leather goods.
