Description
Point North Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities:
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
- Paint and pick up grounds
- Painting
- Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of apartment or general maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with apartment turns and make-readies
- Basic plumbing repair skills (toilets, faucets, disposals, drain clogs)
- Basic electrical repair skills (outlets, switches, light fixtures, GFCIs)
- Basic HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting experience preferred
- Experience repairing appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves)
- Skilled in drywall repair, painting, flooring, and general carpentry
