Human Resources Generalist

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and university networks.

• Screen CVs, conduct HR interviews, coordinate technical assessments, and manage offer negotiations.

• Create and maintain new hire and personnel files.

• Organize induction and deliver HR sessions for new hires.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.

• Assist in designing, updating, and maintaining the organizational structure.

• Prepare, review, and maintain employment contracts, HR policies, and all employee-related legal documentation.

• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

• 2–4 years of human resources experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
