• Reportdirectly to the Human Resources Director (HRD),provideassistancebyacting as a first point of contact for the businessandclosely supportingvarious fieldleaders.

• Ensure compliance and integrity of team member information to gather data and support the plan and execution of cyclical HR processes.

• Coordinate HR functions and general administrative support for HR leadership.

• Track reports andcompilesmetrics includingturnover, performance management,headcountand other forms of measurement for the HRteam.

• Assistin calendar management, meeting planning, booking travel, and expensesupport.

• Coordinate training,interviewand leadership development events.

• Participate in special projects as assigned.
