PA Consulting is a British consultancy founded in 1943 that combines management consulting with product design and engineering, an unusual pairing that lets it take a client from strategy through to a physical or digital product. Its work spans government and defence, health and life sciences, energy and utilities, consumer and manufacturing, and its Cambridge technology centre has designed everything from medical devices to the original mechanism behind the Trident razor. Headquartered in London and majority owned by Jacobs since 2021, it employs several thousand consultants, engineers and designers.

We believe in the power of ingenuity to build a positive human future.

As strategies, technologies, and innovation collide, we create opportunity from complexity.

Our teams of interdisciplinary experts combine innovative thinking and breakthrough technologies to progress further, faster. Our clients adapt and transform, and together we achieve enduring results.

We are over 4,000 strategists, innovators, designers, consultants, digital experts, scientists, engineers, and technologists. And we have deep expertise in consumer and manufacturing, defence and security, energy and utilities, financial services, government and public services, health and life sciences, and transport.

Our teams operate globally from offices across the UK, Ireland, US, Nordics, and Netherlands.

PA. Bringing Ingenuity to Life.

Working closely with our clients and the wider PA team, you will be called upon to develop solutions at the system level as well as take on the implementation work required to realise your concept.

This role is primarily focused on the Defence and Security sector, and we are seeking an individual who is confident operating within this environment. We actively encourage the sharing of ideas and knowledge across different sectors, making collaboration and cross-fertilisation of expertise a core part of our approach.

At PA, you will be working within one of the most successful UK organisations in technology and product development, with a team who have an exceptional reputation for innovation and delivery across industry and government.

This is a great opportunity to not only work on some of the most challenging problems in the industry but also to see your solution through to deployment where it has real impact.

PA offers a career in consulting, not just a job, an environment where individuals and ideas matter.
