As a SAP Finance Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. Within our Digital Core Modernization practice, you will enable clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP finance solutions that optimize financial processes
• Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of SAP finance projects
• Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications
• Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
• Developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Utilizing SAP Accounts Payable (AP), SAP Central Finance, and SAP FICO to improve financial reporting
• Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide insights for business process improvement
• Collaborating with leadership to maintain quality and timelines in deliverables
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders
• Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with regulatory requirements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and InformationScience, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP FI and SAP FICO modules
• Utilizing financial forecasting and financial modeling skills
• Managing financial reporting and analytics within SAP environments
• Excelling in business process improvement and financial transformation
• Embracing change and innovation in finance technology solutions

Additional Details

• Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x a week) or 10-11 days in 1 month
• Work Location: BGC, Taguig
• Work Schedule: Between 2PM - 4PM to 11PM - 1AM (Flexible)
