  • Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to support business processes and customer engagement.
  • Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Flows.
  • Configure and customize Sales Cloud features including Lead, Opportunity, Account, Contact, Forecasting, and Territory Management.
  • Implement Service Cloud capabilities such as Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Service Console, Knowledge Base, Entitlements, and SLA Management.
  • Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware (MuleSoft), and other integration frameworks.
  • Perform data modeling, security configuration, sharing rules, and Salesforce best practice implementation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
