Senior Java Integration Developer

Role: Developer. Skills: Java, Kafka, Microservices, Mongo DB, Spring Boot. Experience: 8 - 15 Years. Qualification: Undergraduate

Location- Hyderabad/Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Design,

  develop, and maintain integration solutions using Java 21, Spring boot and

  Confluent Kafka.

• Work

  with databases such as MongoDB for data storage and retrieval.

• Build,

  deploy, and manage applications using CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and

  Docker.

• Utilize

  AI tools (e.g., Claude code/console) to enhance development productivity

  and solution quality.

• Take

  full ownership of deliverables, ensuring timely completion and high

  quality.

• Collaborate

  with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and

  deliver robust solutions.

• Operate

  independently, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

• Meet

  stringent timelines, including willingness to extend work hours as needed

  to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

• 8+

  years of IT experience with strong experience in Java 21 and integration

  frameworks (temporal).

• Proficiency

  with Confluent Kafka for messaging and event-driven architectures.

• Hands-on

  experience with MongoDB

• Good

  understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools; experience with Kubernetes and

  Docker.

• Familiarity

  with AI tools for code generation and productivity (e.g., Claude

  code/console).

• Proven

  ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

• Excellent

  problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability

  to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience

  in cloud environments (Azure).

• Knowledge

  of API design and microservices architecture.

• Strong

  communication and documentation skills.
