Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of cybersecurity and infrastructure services while driving project execution and operational excellence. This role will be responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology service delivery, managing stakeholder expectations, mitigating risks, and supporting business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and operational management of cybersecurity and infrastructure services.
- Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed service levels, performance targets, and business requirements.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity and operational risks.
- Establish and maintain governance, reporting, and service management frameworks.
- Manage technical escalations, incident resolution, and problem management activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.
- Support compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements related to cybersecurity and infrastructure operations.
- Develop service delivery roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives and technology strategies.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in service management, cybersecurity, and project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience in Cybersecurity and Information Security operations.
- Experience managing Infrastructure Services in enterprise environments.
- Proven expertise in Service Delivery Management and IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
- Strong Project Management experien ce with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of risk management, incident management, change management, and operational governance.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
