Tasks

Your Role

As an IT Technician & Client Support Specialist based in our office in Nicosia, Cyprus, you provide support and operate several duties related to end-users' IT and client environments.

Corporate IT support & management

• Deployment of end-user hardware and software using supplied installation instructions and tools, including handover to end-users
• Follow up of end-user equipment lifecycle from procurement to disposal
• Identification, recording, categorization, investigation and prioritization of incidents and requests related to end-users' environment
• Support IT-related tasks
• Administration, maintenance and improvements of corporate applications
• Administration of corporate IT infrastructure (Local Network, Printers, Small Devices)
• Access right management

Client-facing L1 support

• Act as first point of contact for external clients raising support requests, via ticketing system, email and phone
• Triage, log, categorize and prioritize incoming client tickets according to severity and SLA commitments
• Provide first-line diagnosis and resolution for common client-reported issues; escalate unresolved cases to L2/L3 teams with clear documentation
• Track ticket status and ensure timely follow-up and communication with clients until resolution
• Contribute to and maintain client-facing knowledge base articles and FAQs to reduce recurring tickets
• Monitor support queues and flag recurring issues or trends to internal stakeholders

Requirements

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in similar functions
• Linux mac and windows as workstation
• Azure administration including (SharePoint, Intune, Windows defender)
• Python scripting including ansible playbook
• Proficient with IT security best practices in banking environment
• Go programming language a plus
• HTML, JavaScript, CSS knowledge a plus
• Fluent in English and any other language is a plus
