Opportunity for Impact

Taxbit is seeking a Global Customer Marketing Manager to build and scale our customer marketing function globally. As a critical player in our marketing strategy,  you will engage our customers worldwide, and amplify Taxbit’s position as the trusted partner for global tax compliance. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Subject Matter Experts, to bring together customers, industry influencers, regulators, and domain experts into a cohesive international community that drives engagement and insights. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of building programs from the ground up while also translating customer engagement into high-impact storytelling, references, and market credibility. 

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own Taxbit’s customer marketing strategy, including customer storytelling, advocacy, and reference programs
• Leverage AI tools to scale customer marketing output without proportional headcount growth
• Identify and develop high-impact customer stories (case studies, testimonials, success narratives) that clearly articulate business value and ROI
• Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success and other departments to source customer champions and activate them across the buyer journey (references, events, content, and co-marketing) on a global scale
• Create compelling, sales-ready customer content tailored to key verticals (crypto, fintech, marketplaces, traditional financial institutions)
• Proficient with AI tools to speed up content drafting and personalization without sacrificing quality or brand voice
• Support customer-led events, panels, webinars, and roundtables to showcase customer success and strengthen market credibility
• Partner with Growth Marketing to ensure customer content is effectively integrated across campaigns and digital channels worldwide 
• Track and measure the effectiveness of customer marketing initiatives across different regions, adjusting strategies as necessary to drive pipeline growth, deal velocity, and expansion
• Build strong relationships with key customers globally and serve as a trusted partner in shaping customer narratives and strategies 

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing, with a focus on customer marketing or content marketing preferably in fintech
• Proven ability to develop compelling customer narratives that translate complex products into clear business value
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Subject Matter Experts
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and content development skills with a bias for clarity and simplicity
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Familiarity with the digital asset, fintech, or financial services ecosystem is strongly preferred
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

Compensation 

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $150,000. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation will vary depending on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to location, experience, level, and job qualifications.
