Taxi Ruf Düsseldorf ist eine etablierte Taxi-Zentrale mit Fokus auf Zuverlässigkeit, Struktur und einem starken Teamzusammenhalt. Zur Unterstützung unseres täglichen Betriebs suchen wir ab sofort einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Backoffice / Verwaltung, der organisatorische Abläufe sicher steuert und als Schnittstelle zwischen Fahrern, Kunden und Büro fungiert.

Aufgaben

Kommunikation mit Fahrern und Kunden

An- und Abmeldung von Mitarbeitern

Verwaltung und Pflege von Akten und Unterlagen

Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten und Büroorganisation

Organisation und Koordination des Büroalltags

Qualifikation

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Voraussetzung)

Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Word, Excel und Outlook

Teamfähigkeit sowie eine zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Organisationsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke

Erste Erfahrungen im Büro oder in der Verwaltung sind von Vorteil
