Assistant Community Manager

Salary: $70,000 annually

Taylor Management Company is seeking an organized, dependable Assistant Community Manager to support the daily operations of a residential community.

Responsibilities include assisting with resident communications, coordinating vendors and work orders, conducting property inspections, maintaining records, processing invoices, and preparing meeting materials. The ideal candidate will provide professional customer service and follow through on outstanding items.

Qualifications:

  • Prior property management or community association experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CINC a plus.
