Interim Commercial Paralegal

London/Cambridge | Full-time office based | Initial 3-month interim contract (day rate)

I’m working with a fast-growing organisation operating at the cutting edge of the defence and aerospace technology sector, looking for an experienced Commercial Paralegal to join its legal team on an initial 3-month interim basis.

You’ll be:

Reviewing, drafting and negotiating customer/supplier contracts and NDAs
Supporting the development of legal templates and playbooks
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Helping shape the legal function as the business scales

What we’re looking for:

Law degree
2-3+ years’ paralegal experience
Strong supplier/commercial contracts experience
Exposure to Company Secretarial matters
Confident working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
