Обязанности

  • Отвечать за весь процесс управления кредитом после выдачи: анализировать, исследовать и улучшать процессы сопровождения кредитов.
  • Вести небольшие задачи и проекты в области управления кредитами end-to-end: самостоятельно отвечать за результат, контролировать прогресс и взаимодействовать с другими подразделениями до полного завершения задач.
  • Исследовать и предлагать улучшения на всех этапах кредитного цикла: процесс погашения, обслуживание кредита, коммуникация с клиентами.
  • Поддерживать CX-инициативы со стороны продукта.
  • Готовить продуктовую документацию (BRD, memo, Jira) и координировать реализацию задач с кросс-функциональными командами.

Требования

  • От 2 до 4 лет опыта в product management, желательно с опытом работы с необеспеченными кредитными продуктами.
  • Понимание процессов обслуживания и погашения кредитов.
  • Сильные аналитические и исследовательские навыки.
  • Умение четко и структурированно оформлять продуктовую документацию.
  • Русский и английский языки.
  • Ownership mindset: доводит задачи до конца, самостоятельно контролирует процесс и подключает руководителя только в случае необходимости.
