Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review architectural shop drawings and detailed drawings.
Review architectural drawings, specifications and technical documents.
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP and other disciplines.
Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs and material requirements.
Prepare material submittals and technical documentation.
Review and respond to RFIs and technical queries.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and site teams to resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project standards.
Support project teams during construction and execution phases.
Prepare as-built drawings and maintain updated technical documentation.
Follow up on approvals and revisions of technical documents.
Assist in evaluating technical proposals and variations when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
7–10 years of relevant experience in Architectural Technical Office roles.
Strong experience in preparing and reviewing architectural shop drawings.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural detailing.
Good understanding of BOQs, quantity take-offs and technical specifications.
Experience in material submittals, RFIs and technical documentation.
Strong coordination skills with structural, MEP, consultants and site teams.
Experience in real estate development, construction or contracting projects is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
