岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、参与面向各业务线数字员工AI Agent的搭建、调试与落地，完成业务场景智能体需求开发;
2、参与Skill、MCP模块开发与迭代，设计实现Agent记忆系统、Reflector自进化机制，优化智能体输出效果与运行稳定性;
3、跟踪大模型、智能体前沿技术，参与AI Agent整体方案迭代、性能调优与技术创新落地。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业;
2、掌握Transformer 基础原理，了解Qwen/Gemma/DeepSeek等LLM的部署与微调;
3、具备Agent Harness架构或底层框架的开发经验，熟悉Agent 核心执行流程，掌握上下文管理、记忆窗口截断、Token优化相关原理;
4、掌握Python/Go/Java 至少一门编程语言，熟悉vibe coding，熟悉云服务平台和容器化部署工具。
