Reporting to Senior Manager, Strategic Insights & Analysis, and working alongside a team of analysts, this role will help drive and support TD Direct Investing's strategic client engagement and acquisition initiatives in analytical, process development, and execution capacities. This role will primarily focus on providing data-driveninsights and decision supportto various business initiatives, acquiring data in support of such work, as well ashelpingto developrobust processesand procedures, and executing thereon.

Keyaccountabilities include:

• Performand leverageDI'sclient segmentationto create and support targeted organic growth initiatives, client engagement tactics,and business value proposition enhancements

• Preparestructured data analyses, often in time-sensitive circumstances, and be able to summarize key insights into a coherent, concise communicationsuitable for executive consumption.

• Collaborate with partners in Data & Analytics teams across Wealth, Marketing, and Phone Channel to understand complex business issues and develop innovative data-driven insights and solutions.

• Support the Senior Manager, Strategic Insights & Analysis in the execution and control of regular reporting, campaign fulfillment, and non-standard pricing processes, ensuring proper documentation.

• Contributeto a culture of continuous improvement (through process improvements, automation, improved documentation, etc.)

• Knowledge ofand familiarity or hands-on experience with self-directed investing platforms

• Experience with data extraction, manipulation, and visualization tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Alteryx, Tableau) preferred

• Familiarity withExcelandPowerPoint, including experience developingbusiness documents and leadership presentations with clear, compelling communications

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
