About the Role
We’relooking for a dynamic and results-drivenBusiness Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will drive business growth by executing strategic initiatives, engaging key customers, and developing vendor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the Business Unit strategy to drive profitable market share growth.
Develop andmaintainrelationships withkey customers and vendors.
Identifyand onboard new vendors, drivingsalesandoptimizingresults.
Collaborate withsales teams to enhance market penetration and share of wallet.
Lead negotiations on key tenders and large deals.
Providestructured sales guidance and enablementtointernal teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction by increasing loyalty and profitability.
Engage with vendor operational, sales, and marketing teams.
Support direct reports and Business Development Executives (BDEs), where applicable.
What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability toinfluence sales teams and build structured sales strategies.
High energy, motivation, and ownership of responsibilities.
Strategic thinker withstrong analytical and numerical skills.
Full professional working level of Portuguese
