Job Summary
We’relooking for a strategic and hands-on leader to drive engineering excellence and facility operations at our growing manufacturing site in Singapore.
This is ahigh-impact leadership role, responsible for shaping engineering strategy, improving manufacturing efficiency, and ensuring scalable, world-class operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own and driveManufacturing Engineering & Facilities strategy aligned with business growth
Lead engineering teams tooptimizeprocess efficiency, cost, and quality
Overseesite infrastructure, facilities operations, and capital projects
Drivecontinuous improvement and innovation across manufacturing processes
Establish andmonitorengineering KPIs and performance metrics
Partner with cross-functional teams to supportNPI and operational excellence
Identifyrisks, resolve complex issues, and implement scalable solutions
Ensure compliance withEHS, regulatory, and company standards
Lead crisis management and act as a key site leader whenrequired
Requirements
Proven leadership experience inmanufacturing engineering / facilities management
Strong background inprocess optimization, automation, and large-scale operations
Experience leadingcross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Track recordmanaging large capital projects (e.g.>$20M)
Strong understanding ofengineering standards, compliance, and operational risks
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
