Manufacturing Lead

KeyResponsibilities

Production&OperationalLeadership

• Leaddailyshiftstart-upmeetingstocommunicateproductionpriorities,qualityobjectives,safetyexpectations,workflowupdates,andoperationalgoals.
• Coordinateanddirecthourlypersonneltoensureefficientexecutionofproductionschedulesanddepartmentobjectives.
• Monitorworkflowthroughoutthemanufacturingprocesstoensureoptimalmaterialmovementanduninterruptedproductionflow.
• Serveasthedepartmentrepresentativeduringproductionandshippingmeetingswhensupervisoryleadershipisunavailable.
• Maintainawarenessofchangingbusinessprioritiesandeffectivelycommunicateupdatestoproductionteams.

ProcessImprovement&PerformanceManagement

• Identifyopportunitiestoimprovemanufacturingprocesses,increaseproductivity,enhancequality,andreduceoperationalinefficiencies.
• AnalyzedepartmentalperformancemetricsandKeyPerformanceIndicators(KPIs)toidentifytrends,risks,andimprovementopportunities.
• Developandimplementshort-termcorrectiveactionsandcontingencyplanstoaddressoperationalchallenges.
• Proactivelyidentifyproductionbottlenecksandcollaboratewithcross-functionalteamstoimplementsustainablesolutions.
• SupportLeanManufacturingandcontinuousimprovementinitiativestodriveoperationalexcellence.

Reporting&Communication

• Prepareandcommunicatedailyproductivity,laborutilization,andoperationalperformancereports.
• Provideupdatestoleadershipregardingproductionstatus,qualityconcerns,staffingneeds,andoperationalrisks.
• CollaboratewithManufacturing,Quality,Engineering,andSupplyChainteamstosupportproductionobjectivesanddriveissueresolution.

Qualifications

RequiredSkills&Experience

• AdvancedunderstandingofManufacturingProcessInstructions(MPI)andmanufacturingdocumentation.
• Demonstratedabilitytotrain,coach,anddevelopemployeesonmanufacturingprocesses,qualitystandards,andoperationalprocedures.
• Strongcomputerproficiency,includingintermediate-levelMicrosoftExcelskills.
• Experienceworkinginamanufacturing,production,electronics,server,orhigh-techassemblyenvironment.
• Provenabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesandmakesounddecisionsinafast-pacedproductionsetting.
• Strongorganizational,analytical,andproblem-solvingskills.
