HyveSolutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment with responsibilities thatincludemanaging all aspects of the quality control production process, fall-out, audits and ISO; ensuring that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements; achieve stated objectives and meet current ISO standards.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibilities for maintainingISO compliance forQuality and Environmental managementin addition to overseeing internal quality manufacturing management.

• Provide training on ISO 9001.

• Ensure all audit responses are closed out in a proper and timelymanner

• Participates with other senior leadership to establishstrategic plans and objectives.

• Manages and maintainsdocument control for agency compliance, training records, calibrationlogs.

• Influence the development of corrective and preventative actions. Measures effectiveness of actions ensuring conformity with quality specifications.

• Manages the activities and objectivesof the Quality supervisors and leads. Coaches his or her subordinates to maintaina continuous quality improvement environment.

• Completes 8D’s and Material Declaration Sheets when necessary

• Implement metrics and maintainmetrics for Management Review

• Requires proficiencyin spread sheet creation, manipulationand display. Candidate must exhibita strong data collection and analytical knowledge leading to rootscause analysis and problem resolution.

• Interprets and executes policies and procedures that affect subordinate work

• Ensures work areas are kept clean and free of debris

• Maintains morale of employees to ensure process is completed as scheduled

Qualifications:

• B.A. degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of relative experience.

• Solid product manufacturing comprehension. Computer electronics is a plus.

• Having a working knowledge of maintainingISO 9001 and other agency standards.

• Advanced understanding of manufacturing processes, influencesand containment tactics.

• Ability to work as business needs require which may include long days, occasional evenings and weekends, and occasional travel for business or training.
