Role Overview
Leads the Manufacturing Solution Consulting function across Malaysia/APAC, focusing primarily on the Autodesk portfolio.
The position combines technical team leadership, channel partner enablement, and consultative pre-sales to accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Coach and direct the Solution Consulting team while standardizing technical selling best practices.
- Technical Sales Execution: Lead customer discovery, solution architecture, POCs, and executive presentations across CAD, CAM, CAE, PDM/PLM, and Cloud.
- Channel Enablement: Upskill reseller partners (VARs) and drive joint growth while upholding channel governance.
- Adoption & Growth: Drive customer digital transformation, value realization, and adoption of automation and modern manufacturing workflows.
Key Requirements for Screening
- Experience: 10-15 years in CAD, engineering software, or manufacturing SaaS solutions.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of manufacturing workflows and Autodesk solutions (e.g., Inventor, Vault, Fusion) or close equivalents.
- Channel Background: Solid experience in IT distribution, software vendors, or reseller ecosystems.
- Languages: Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Education: Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
