Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material movement, and shipping activities. This role leads warehouse personnel, ensures inventory accuracy, maintains safety and quality standards, and supports manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ensure materials are accurately received, stored, and issued according to established procedures.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve operational goals.
• Prepare work schedules and allocate manpower to meet business requirements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle counts and stock audits.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of warehouse operations experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, EMS, or high-volume production environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage

Education

• High School Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials up to 18 kg (40 lbs).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work overtime or shifts when required.
