TD SYNNEX is an American technology distributor formed in 2021 by merging Tech Data with SYNNEX, and it is one of the two companies through which most of the world's technology hardware and software reaches resellers and end customers. Headquartered in Clearwater, Florida and Fremont, California and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, it also assembles data centre systems through its Hyve division.
