Content Creator - Brand Spokesperson

About Us:

Teabox isn’t just another tea company - we’re a freshness revolution. We source directly from 150+ estates across India, often getting the finest teas within hours of production. With cutting-edge cold storage and dehumidifying tech, we lock in every note of aroma and flavor.

The scoreboard? 5 billion+ cups delivered to 125+ countries. We’re building a premium, home-grown Indian tea brand from THE SOURCE - and we’re doing it from Siliguri, the heartland of Indian tea.

About the Role:

We make a lot of ads. Like, a lot. And we need one face. People start to recognize someone who can sell chai to a someone who's had it every morning for forty years, and tea to a stranger in London who's just discovered it

Not a model. Not an influencer. The human face of Teabox.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the face of every Reel, hook, and "wait-watch-this" moment.
• Land the hook in 1.5 seconds. The scroll waits for no one.
• Bring scripts to life - our writers handle the words, you handle the life part.
• Pitch your own hook ideas. You'll be in the room when angles are built, not handed a script and pointed at a tripod.
• Switch tones like a pro. Serious when it needs to be. Quirky when quirky lands harder.
• Do take 11 like it's take 1.

Requirements:

• Genuinely comfortable on camera. No freezing, no over-acting, no reading-from-a-teleprompter energy.
• Strong Hindi and English. You'll switch between them mid-shoot. Sometimes mid-sentence.
• Quick on your feet. Scripts change mid-shoot. Hooks get rewritten between takes.
• You roll with it instead of sulking about it.
• Available full-time, in-house. This is not a freelance gig or a "book me for a day" arrangement.

What We're Looking For:

• Relevant on-camera experience - UGC, content creation, brand films, anchoring events, anything where the camera was on you and you didn't flinch.
• A face and energy that says "confident, sharp, I'd actually listen to this person."
• Watches a competitor's ad and instantly knows why it worked or flopped.
• Takes the work seriously, not yourself.

Why Join Teabox?

• Your face, seen by millions - across India and every corner of the globe Teabox ships to.
• The kind of recognizable where strangers squint at you in cafes.
• Opportunity to experiment with creative and trend-driven content.
• Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
• Chance to shape how tea is experienced digitally.

"Shortlisted candidates will be invited to video assignment for on-camera samples as part of the next process."
