Automation Engineer

We specialize in Agile and DevOps-based software development. From the analysis stage through implementation. We develop backend, frontend, and mobile applications. 

For one of our clients, we are looking for an Automation Enginer.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min. 5 years of IT experience, incl. 2+ years in a similar role

• Bachelor's degree (ICT-specific field not required)

• English – minimum B2

• Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, PowerShell, or Bash

• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible)

• Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, VMware ARIA Automation)

• Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware vSphere) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Red Hat administration/automation

• Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL-based change/configuration/release management

• Experience collaborating with multiple support groups

• Good organizational and communication skills, proactive and self-motivated attitude

• Able to adapt quickly to changing technologies

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, implement, and maintain automation across infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, deployment, and incident response

• Write scripts (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for routine tasks, data processing, and system integration

• Use Ansible and Terraform/VMware ARIA Automation for infrastructure-as-code

• Analyze existing IT processes and propose automation strategies to reduce errors and improve efficiency

• Provide 2nd line support to other IT teams and coordinate with 3rd line

• Implement changes per ICT change management procedures; maintain technical documentation

• Participate in coordination and project meetings
