Operational Performance
You drive results. Daily and weekly KPIs are not just numbers - they are your scorecard. You review, improve, and push for better ways of working, identifying process improvements and mobilising the right support to get there.

Every decision you make has a customer at the end of it. You collaborate across functions, resolve delivery issues with urgency, and ensure the customer experience is never an afterthought.
