Performance Reward Specialist

TGE Freight are looking for an experienced Performance & Reward Specialist to own and drive our remuneration, job evaluation and reward frameworks across our diverse workforce.
This is a key SME role with the opportunity to shape our reward strategy, ensuring our pay structures are competitive, equitable, commercially sustainable and aligned to business performance.
What you'll do
Own our job evaluation, grading and remuneration frameworks.
Lead remuneration benchmarking, annual salary reviews and reward governance.
Provide expert advice on pay equity, incentives and performance reward.
Partner with ER/IR to align reward structures with our operational workforce and enterprise agreements.
Provide trusted reward insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.
Build reward capability across our broader HR team.
What you'll bring
Strong experience across remuneration, reward and job evaluation.
Experience with Mercer IPE and/or Korn Ferry Hay methodologies.
Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder skills.
An understanding of reward within a blue-collar and industrial environment.
The confidence to operate as a trusted Reward SME and influence senior decision-makers.
