Game Developer

We're a recruitment agency partnering with a tech-driven iGaming studio that builds casino / slot games. On their behalf we're looking for a Game Developer to join a small, experienced team of artists, producers, developers and testers - people who'll be your mentors and collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Salary (mid-level): 14,000-18,000 PLN gross (employment contract) or 16,500-21,500 PLN net (B2B)
• Flexible schedule (core hours 10:00-15:00 CEST)
• Full remote (open to candidates across Europe) or hybrid from the Kraków office

Recruitment process

CV (a public repo is a plus) → intro call with our People Partner (~30 min) → alignment call with the Manager & Game Producer (~45 min) → practical assignment → technical + HR interview (~2 h) → offer!

Requirements

More than just coding - you'll bring ideas to life where technical and creative input is valued. You'll:

• Develop games from idea to final product
• Collaborate with the team (Art, Design, QA) to define, design and implement game features
• Take ownership of your work, clearly communicating risks, blockers and technical challenges that may affect the team or delivery
• Enhance and maintain the in-house framework and tools for efficient casino-game production
