Senior Python Developer

We are looking for a Backend Developer to join a team focused on supplier onboarding, quote management, and platform services. You will work on backend applications that power business-critical processes, developing scalable solutions using Python and C#.

The role combines backend development, API design, system integrations, and algorithmic problem-solving to support commercial and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services in Python and C#
• Build and enhance quote generation, supplier onboarding, and integration solutions
• Implement business logic, routing rules, validation processes, and optimization workflows
• Design and maintain REST APIs, including versioning and error handling
• Integrate external partner systems and data sources
• Refactor and improve existing code for scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Write unit and integration tests and follow software engineering best practices
• Maintain technical documentation and API specifications
• Collaborate with product, commercial, and engineering stakeholders to deliver solutions

Requirements

Must Have

• Strong Python development experience
• Experience designing and maintaining REST APIs
• Solid software engineering practices, including testing, Git, code reviews, and CI/CD
• Ability to work within a mixed Python/C# environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• C#/.NET development experience
• Cloud platform experience (AWS or equivalent)
• Knowledge of OpenAPI/Swagger, Pydantic, or similar tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and dependency management
• Familiarity with optimization or constraint-solving frameworks
• Background in SaaS, telecom, logistics, or other complex B2B environments
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization
