Finance Associate

Job Summary

• As the Finance Associate, you will support daily financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely reconciliations and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and perform timely bank statement and cashbook reconciliations.
• Prepare transaction, settlement, and financial reports across multiple payment channels.
• Investigate and resolve transaction-related issues while supporting fraud monitoring and financial controls.
• Support daily finance operations, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the bank’s financial records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a Finance role.
• Banking, Microfinance Banking, or Financial Institution experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of reconciliations, settlements, financial reporting, and financial controls.
• Excellent analytical skills, accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
