We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team in an international and challenging environment. The ideal candidate brings strong technical maturity in Salesforce development, a deep understanding of best practices, and the ability to lead technical solutions end-to-end. You will work in international teams and projects.

O que vais fazer

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and integrations
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices
• Develop high-quality code using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and JavaScript
• Define and execute unit tests, analyze defects, and ensure high code quality and platform performance
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and stakeholders in international project teams
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other Salesforce developers
• Own technical design decisions for Salesforce implementations, including data models, integrations, security, and automation
• Implement and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and external systems
• Ensure proper use of CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and Salesforce DX (SFDX)
• Customize UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal user experience
• Review technical documentation, functional specifications, and test cases
• Support release management activities and post-deployment troubleshooting

O que é pedido

• A good level of English is required
• Residency in Portugal
• Legal authorization to work in Portugal
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the Lisbon office)
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or similar
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations
• Hands-on experience with unit testing, defect analysis, and bug fixing
• Solid knowledge of Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines
• Good level of English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken
• Strong leadership skills and ability to guide and motivate development teams
